About sunny concrete
Our company was founded by Kenny and Rochelle Spivey after Kenny worked in the concrete industry for 20 years
while Rochelle stayed home to raise their kids.
From the beginning, their son, Trevor and son-in-law, Daniel have taken the lead on-site, ensuring things are up to standard, the work is done right, the job sites are clean. Having someone in the family with integrity who truly cares about our customers and our reputation has made all the difference.
Behind the scenes, their daughter Lindsey coordinates the projects with the clients and team and works closely with Kenny to create estimates, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of the scope and costs involved.
Rochelle is the backbone of our business and handles all permitting, accounting, and human resources. She keeps all the cogs turning in the background so the rest of us can focus on servicing our customers.
Together, we are committed to upholding our reputation with the values of personability, integrity, and excellence in every project we undertake.
Our name holds a special meaning.
We are proud to honor our first grandchild, Sunny, who inspired the name of our company when she was just three years old.
Now at 12, Sunny is the perfect example of the values we have as a family-run company - warm, confident, pleasant, and striving for excellence.

Kenny and most crew members each have around 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, so our team has the expertise to handle any project we take on. We often get calls from customers to tell us how well our crew works together. Each one of our team members can be badged in at schools, military bases, and government buildings. They are all respectful and representative of our company in their customer service and especially their skill sets.
From your first site visit with our salesman, Jeremy, to the start and completion of your project with one of our crews, we want you to feel confident about hiring us.
